Great customer service and people who truly know their appliances!
Talk about getting the run around. My nana bought a brand new dish washer and it was defective. Instead of replacing it they are making her wait 3 weeks for someone to come look at it, which happens to be December 23rd. And that is not even for someone to fix it, just for someone to look at it. So she will most likely be without a dishwasher for Christmas. The multiple phone calls has got us nowhere. It is sad the customer service has become so poor. I know that no one in our family will shop from them again.

18 month old KitchenAid dishwasher. Top rack wheels coming apart after 14 months Water intake fails after 16 months (fixed by Whirlpool on a "one time" courtesy service.) Last night the most obnoxious grinding noise began coming out of the appliance when operating. Neither Albert Lee Appliance, nor Whirlpool will stand behind this lemon, that in effect only had a service life of 18 months.
Excellent after sale service from Albert Lee Appliance. We noticed a leak after installation of our new dishwasher and reported it on Saturday morning. They had a crew out to check within hours and fixed it. The leak was not part of the dishwasher installation. It was between the disposal and the drain, that we are going to fix right away.
Albert lee appliance is great when you buy an appliance from them, but once something goes wrong they could not care less. They pass you off to some other company with in very careless way and no cares that you are without a stove and oven for a week or me. An 8 month old high end oven. Sooo incredibly disappointing, I should have gone to Sears. And when you talk to a manager they leave you on hold forever.

Andre and Nick delivered and installed our washer and dryer without issues. They took their time to do a good job and even figured out how to reconfigure the washer door to open in the opposite direction.
