Once they had our money the service and communication started to go out the door. The warehouse communication is even worse and if you dare to speak up they take it to another level. Made us pay in full for a new item and we have been waiting two months and still counting. Ordered in plenty of.time to have it done by thanksgiving and ow we think it will not be dne by Christmas
I spent $ 5,212.17 on a range, hood system and a kitchen aid dishwasher. The dishwasher arrived broken took 2.5 weeks to fix. Fast forward its been 16 months and now it's broken for the 3rd time. The warranty is expired naturally. Called didn't seem to care that they sold me a POS just referred me to the repair place. So now I'm washing dishes by hand once again. Albert Lee does not stand behind the brands they sell
They do a fabulous job selling you their appliances but not so good when the expensive appliance breaks a few weeks later!

Great customer service. The best choices to select from.
I went to the big warehouse sale and have been extremely happy with not only my appliances, but also the customer service! Everything from the prices to the instillation and more have been great! I have been telling all of my family and friends what a great experience I had working with Albert Lee. I will go back to them again for any future needs. The customer service was great! The gentlemen that installed my appliances were very helpful and nice to work with. I even had to return a separate accent piece and that was easy.... read more

I am so disappointed. Was very happy with prior purchases. However as soon as I had an issue with my fridge that I just bought not even 30 days ago the help turn 360°. SO The 30 day return policy applies only if the item has never been plug in. Obviously the sales man will never mentioned it The restocking fee is actually 50 % of the purchase price. Am sure I am never going to buy anything from this company. And even do I have recommended several times. I will never do it again.
