Achieved what I needed done, was a great day and love the new location! :)
Why is it, when doctors are booked months in advance, and travel arrangements have to be handled through the clinic, does NO ONE work on the travel until days before departure? I mean, that is so stressful for a parent with a sick child, to deal with having to frantically call and get things taken care of. If my kid misses an appointment, he is in serious danger of further complications. I've often not gotten travel stuff until the night before we're suppose to leave. We absolutely love this place. We have never had a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly and professional. 2 1/2 years ago we delivered our baby boy here. We have no complaints. the staff or the labor and and delivery area were absolutely amazing. We delivered our twins here at the labor and delivery. We had a wonderful experience with a great group of very professional people. Our sins had to go to the NICU. The staff there are absolutely amazing and very professional and very informative. The nurse who tried twice and failed both times to put an iv in my arms rather than my hand where I'd informed him was easiest to put one for any nurses who've done it before had a bad attitude and didn't care that he was hurting me, in fact it seemed like he was hurting me on purpose because he was in a bad mood, after the first try, before the 2nd attempt, I informed him that if he didn't get it right the 2nd time I wanted a different nurse to put it in, a new nurse came, listened and put it in my hand on the first try, I ... read more

Second time I tried to make an appointment at SCF since August 2015. Third time I updated my address, and they still have my address from the village. No copies of the proof I gave to Central registration. How hard is it to save new information?
Very bad...my knees are destroyed and required replacement. Native medical wanted me to wait til I'm 65 before doing it. Imagine waiting 20 yrs in pain every day.
I live in Southeast AK. So, most of my medical is dealt with here in my home town. But the past 3 yrs. I've been sent north to ANMC for more serious health issues, I was treated respectfully by everyone that I'd come in contact with the exception of one person that was in admitting. After being up there a while I would stop by smile and say have a good day.....
