I have placed a complaint with my experience at ER. I have asked for a call back n no one ever did. Especially with the CNA intake name Christoff who was rude n needs good training in customer service for the sick people n for our well being. As of today, no one has called me back regarding the complaint nor did I get any responses in the mail.
The New Patient Housing was Awesome and the Kids play room was so amazing. Thank you for Everything.

I love ANMC! I feel safe & comfortable in they're care. I especially would like to thank Dr. Kelly & his faculty for taking EXCELLENT care of me when I was so close to losing my vision/eye. From the bottom of my heart....thank you so so much!!! 😍😍😍😍😍 As for the new patient housing....only thing I didn't like, (being light sensitive from having eye surgey) the lights in the room we were given were WaY too bright, and the window blinds have a big gap when closed. It literally made me want to cry being in there with my eye... read more
