The staff there is very friendly and helpful. I feel like a family member!
When I was in the emergency room there was a doctor that came by while I was laying there trying to talk to my honey who is hard of hearing over the phone and the stupid doctor yelled at me not knowing why I was talking loud on the phone so my honey can hear me made me feel like a piece of shit..wished I would have gotten his name but I was in pain...And didn't think of getting his name..
The lady receptionist needs to go to charm school as she treated my wife like shit because she is a white woman picking up meds for a native . It's rampant all over receptionist who think their shit don't stink because they are villagers that moved into Anchorage and think they can treat everyone like shit . Send some of these people to charm school or reprimand some of them to take them a peg down .
