Got in a car accident and wasn't sure if I shattered a couple knuckles. I sat in the ER waiting room for less then 10 minutes. The Doc was waiting outside the door after the nurse checked me in. I was in and out in about an hour. Never have I ever been in a hospital for less than 3 hours. This was an amazing experience and they took such good care of me.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I delivered my son here, who was admitted to the NICU for medical concerns. After recovering for a few days, I was discharged. ANMC wouldn't make accommodations for me to stay with my son in the hospital. They expected me to leave and come back every 2-3 hours to breastfeed. Not only does it take 15 minutes to get to my house from the hospital, but it also can take a while for the baby to feed. So anyone who understands knows this was an impossible situation.
Since I can't send a message I need to say this somewhere. I'm almost never on facebook but I came on to read news. I see you have a Mary Hall a nurse no less, working for you who seems to think it is okay to comment on a news post about a single mother who was scammed on a diabetic service dog.
