To the charge nurse Valery and the PA from the ER, who went above and beyond for my 7 year old son and reaching out to the pharmacy so I can purchase the nebulizer for him. Thank you for taking that extra step! 🙏 you are very appreciated!
This post concerns the night shift picu nurses. They judged a baby and labeled him. Made the parent feel miserable in which they should have been helping. If you do not do your job to make a patient's health improve and make the parent(s) feel comfortable, then you should not be working there. Obviously, the patient's health was not their concern!

I have been here in this fast track for about 2 hours I still can’t breath they just left me sitting in this room. I’m ready to go to providence and tell my story on TV someone came and asked have hey brought you to get a X-ray yet and no body has done anything I’m having an attack
was an amazing experience to watch my son being born then the earthquake 30 minutes later.Thanks labor and delivery team and also the staff at the new patient housing for the warm welcome that was felt throughout our stay and a special thanks to the Ronald McDonald house staff for treating us like family
So far every experience has been great! All staff members very kind and knowledgeable. I don't feel like I am just a number there. The other thing, is that each department I have gone too communicates with the other. 5 stars!
