Staff takes forever!!!! Been here with my daughter for over 5 hours with screaming children!!! It’s 1 am and we just want to walk out and go to providence hospital! I am never coming back here with any of my kids!
They literally saved my life. Sure not perfect but which institution is?! I trust this hospital completely!!
I brilliantly broke my ankle and dislocated my fibia, while walking my dogs last Sunday evening. The staff at the ER were great. They got got me seen in a reasonable amount of time considering they were slammed. The nurses, anesthesiologist, radiology people, doctor and other staff members were fabulous and on top of their game...talk about grace under pressure. Like the 'no illegal soda pop on the campus!' Now, should put 'coca cola zero' in place of that red 'coca cola drink' in the pharmacy waiting room! Remove all sugary pastries and should have more reduced sugar juices-4 g's or around that count. Have been with 'splenda and sweet n low ' for many years, suggesting remove the strange yellow, pink, and blue packets of artificial sugar, and keep 'equal' packets out. Energy drinks---no no no period!!
I have many clients that work at and use ANMC. It is a first class facility and we should be thankful to have such a facility in our state.
Had no problems here. Only impatient people complain...
Need more housing. I had confirmation for new housing. And was put in Q-housing. And told to call back at 8 am. I shouldn’t have to call, I should have been put on a list and in order. But should have been given a room in the first place. Coming in having to walk from er after hours to Q-housing for elders or disabled is not right. Cafeteria I saw breakfast burrito for nurses and asked was that made to order she didn’t answer same with the guy making them her pointed over there I said I don’t like eggs and didn’t answer. Primary care is great, pharmacy is great, almost anywhere else at anmc is good except the damn fast track! It’s called fast track not let me have you wait 5 hrs every visit! Been to fast track 4 times and I either have to wait 5 hrs to get a prescription refilled for my daughters asthma or the doctor is high! Anmc needs to step they’re game up. Seems like they hire all these ppl just to do nothing!
