RecommendedThe care has always been outstanding, BUT the patient housing seriously brought it OVER THE TOP! Arlene, Janice, and Lana made a difficult time easier! The only thing, some folks have difficulty walking and it would be nice if those who are limited with mobility may be placed closer to the elevator. Over all, top notch housing, GREAT STAFF at the MC & Housing!
I truly felt like I matter! My health matters! My input matters! I felt respected and heard! Thank you to the thoughtful caregivers, nurses, aides, Doctor, admissions staff and cafeteria staff! I commend you all for your polite and friendly service! Thank you for your wonderful services.❤️
First time there. Simple med refill. I'm and out quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
While you have some amazing programs in some areas....you are totally lacking in others. Quit trying to cut corners and take chances when it comes to ppls health. Im totally thankful for the "free" health care but most times I feel as though I am swept under the rug and not taken seriously. Its been YEARS since Ive had a positive experience here.....
I'm greatful to be alive today due to emergency day surgery nearly took 4 hours. Doctors, nurse an staff gave me a chance to live my life if it wasn't for them my husband & children would have been planning my funeral. I'm thankful for there great hospitality for room and board an letting us eat daily. I would recommend ANMC to friends and family members. God bless each an everyone that works in an around ANMC buildings. Big thanks to the Day surgery doctors for saving my life
Ortho is loosing my monies knee and wrist.
I called anmc regarding a chipped tooth...was told by Junetta that I should call 911 ....for a chipped tooth lol.
Not happy about how their housekeepers clean these rooms, a room you're staying in,
Worst E.R. timing experience EVER! If I were a patient that needed E.R. care....PLEASE let it not be here!
