It depends honestly what department you are seen in. I've had only 5 star treatment in the Infusion Clinic, the passed 8 years. I'm now going monthly and I have to say, they keep you comfortable, make you feel safe and if you have reactions, they know exactly what to do. I appreciate their dedication, love and understanding. I've been seen in many clinics and this one by far, trumps them all. There is no lacking anything. You can tell they love their job and their patients. One nurse called me by name yesterday. Dont even deserve that star! Worst medical services ever!
2 star My 19 year old daughter is in ICU and they can't even give my housing here in the hospital to be close my daughter and I traveled from Nome, AK and had ask just about everyone here to housing in Quyana quarters. And all they say is because her dad is here in Anchorage like i don't matter to my daughter.
first arrive was help from ER, they admitted me to 4th floor, for 2 days, all the staff's been great, as well the housekeepers
I was on pain management in Las Vegas for a year because of cervical spinal stenosis I have severe arthritis in 3 vertebrae in my neck I get back up here thru don't treat cronic pain they did a MRI they said there was nothing wrong with me per................. I've always heard so much good about Anmc n the care it gives to their patients - native patients. We have a daughter whose been under the care if Anmc since August due to a horrible accident. Immediate Care was given to her but with the long term she's been getting has been horrible!! I wonder if proper care is given to her now. I feel a total neglect from neurologist n surgery clinic personnel! Our daughter may be an adult but we as parents need to be aware of the horror encountered in the care ! Well some patients said its no good ,some said its the best hospital to me not hospital or doctors , if you believe to God pray and pray until you get the answer from God ,all doctors are working for money they don't care,
They are all so sweet here !!! Thanks for the EXCELLENT CARE !
Everytime I have been to ANMC all the nurses that have cared for me have been really nice and understanding about my medical condition and making sure I'm getting everything I need!
