We had our Event in the Garden Lani Room. It's a very clean and spacious environment. The valet parking attendant Carlton gave such great customer service. I recommend having an special event at this hotel because of their excellent hospitality.

Uncomfortable bed. Construction noise starting at 5 AM. Do not recommend staying there especially in the Kona wing
The food was 1 star but the ambiance was outrageously fabulous . bravo ala moana, bravo
I can only say that I had a LegalShield Business Meeting there and it was a VERY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL from the meeting rooms and lobby !!! But I'm quite sure that if I were to have stayed in a room I would have loved the Entire Experience as Well !!! So here's looking forward to spending a few nights there with my Wife and Children if it's in God's Will..... :-)
Great location. Friendly Staff. Only negative is the store on main floor can't charge items to your room. If that's the only negative than this place is doing pretty good.

Bathroom tub had hair and used bottles of shampoo and soap
It's probably worth the money...sheets, pillows and towels are top rate, maybe the best hotel I've ever been...
I'm glad my boss books us here every time we are on island for company business. I love that it has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and also ironing board. Rooms are clean and comfortable. No wonder the queen of Tonga stays here when she's visiting the aloha state.
