I loved this Hotel,..very convenient place to go for whatever event,...best location and price,..I love the lobby and the function room,....we often used this Hotel for couple of years now,...and the latest Starbucks Coffee for my morning & evening shot,I love it,.,,
Best location ever. You are not in the middle of the Waikiki commotion but close enough to walk over to it or catch one of the many public transports into it. There is Ala Moana Park across the street. Probably one of the nicest beaches that's not crowded. And the mall is next door so you can shop if that's your thing. There are lots of food choices right there. We always stay here, it's our home away from Los Angles
Everything was so good including housekeepers. Especially, a woman in reception desk who loves to watch Korean drama is very impressive. I don't know her name, but I really miss her !!
Outstanding staff! They go above and beyond! Some physical things in public spaces like restrooms, show a little wear and tear. Our room looks like an Ikea exploaded. � With any thing in life, it's the details that make or break an experience. The hotel gets the bulk of them right.
When I'm safely on a plane out of Hawaii, I'll tell you what I REALLY think!
We had a event where we used one of the conference rooms (Ilima). It was unfortunate that the room had two large pillars that made it difficult for our attenders (who sat on round tables) to see around the pillars when the lectures began. The food was terrific and healthy choices and the hot dishes remained hot or warm. Thank you Ala Moana Hotel for the discounts too.
