Great hotel at a very convenient location! Would definitely book there again :)
An amazing place! So much fun with great shopping, fantastic restaurants. I could spend hours and hours there! (in fact I did!)
The rooms were so small... very claustrophobic....for the rate they charge..loved the complimentary breakfast buffet..
Friendly Staff. Housekeeping staff is exceptional! Rooms are very nice. Pool area is clean. Parking is a bit cramped but, it is Waikiki. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing room. Third party service outside of hotel is tricky. Resolved okay to my satisfaction.

Ala Moana is my hotel of choice. Only wish they gave thicker blankets or make an extra one available in the rooms.
