Terrible experience. Suggestion for all tourists, please do consider if you can afford $29.99 flip-flop before booking this hotel. As definitely you will be humiliated by the staff in the hotel souvenir shop if don’t buy anything. Most importantly, if you are Chinese, never consider this hotel unless you want to know what RACISM is. Also, the hotel staff don’t give a sh*t even you make a complaint. Room was great. Staff from front desk to bell desk to pool to housekeeping were efficient and friendly. Definitely stay here again!!!!!!
I stayed in the hotel on April 7 2018. The hotel manager on duty this morning was very rude and staff were unprofessional. Will not come back or recommend. Will talk to the senuor management tdy or sonetime in the week.

RecommendedStaff are nice and view was great. Easy access to stores and restaurants near the hotel.
