Great rooms, easy check in process, staff are very friendly, close to public transport, shops and restaurants

On day #4 out of our 5 night stay, my wife and myself entered our room to find all our personal belongings were removed and we entered into a fully turned room without our personal property. We expressed this feedback with Guest Relations Manager Lawrence that evening. He apologized and offered us food and drinks as a gesture.
