I loved my stay, service was excellent. Everyone is welcoming, rooms extremely clean and tour arrangements were easy with the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

This my 2nd time staying at the ala moana hotel, service is awesome from the front desk, Bell boys, valet and the housekeeper. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Thank you again ala moana hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ala Moana. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable with a reasonable price. They have a very nice breakfast bar, but be advised it is not included. The Ala Moana beach park is right across the street, and my room had a nice view of the ocean. The Ala Moana mall is ajoining the hotel, so you will also have a view of the mall, so if you are not picky, this will not be much of a concern. The hotel is close to the Waikiki area.
