アメニティが最悪、残念でした。 歯ブラシ、ティッシュも無し、寝具も掛け布団が薄すぎて寒かった。 格安ツアーだからかなー？
Unexpected events landed us here. It was fantastic!!! The staff even helped get us through our airline dilemmas. They went above and beyond for us. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and again, the staff is top-shelf!!!
We stayed there from Oct 27 till Nov 7, 2017 and we loved it just as we always do. Location is awesome and my husband always enjoys his walks every morning around the park n through Waikiki. Then when he is done, he gets cleaned up n we head down to have breakfast and we fell in love with Ricki, we sit in his area all the time. He is the best. The staff people are amazing n the valet people, well they r the best, most friendly, helpful we have ever met. We love the easy access n walk to the mall. Wonderful restaurants n many... read more
