Great location, wonderful staff, Rooms were nice and clean and lunch and dinner was great.. Breakfast was OK , but can use an upgrade as well as pool area also.. Over all great Hotel. Mahola , Thanks for a wonderful stay... �
Staff are most rude I've ever seen at reception- I had a booking through the trustable booking system and when I got to the hotel (in the middle of my vacation)- they argued, that they don't have any booking. I had printed out booking in my hand with correct booking number, but the hotel didn't bother to find out why they can't see my booking. Sent me away without any help and didn't give me a room. How rude is that...
Great location next to Ala Moana Mall. Clean rooms but not well noise insulated. Lots of college students making loud noise that could be heard thru the walls. Forced to pay daily "Resort Fee" for pool and gym which we never used and daily $20 parking fee on top of $50 "Check In" fee. Probably not stay again.
I loved my stay here, so close to the shopping centre which you can access through a built in skyway right from the hotel. Friendly staff and super front desk personnel. Will visit again soon.
