Hired Tom to clean gutters. He came out the same day but only cleaned the gutter guards and did not remove them to actually clean out the gutters. He cleaned the downspouts by tapping on the outside. It rained that night and it was very obvious that there was still debris in the gutters. After we called him, he did come out the next day and did the job properly. However, I do expect that the job will be done right the first time, especially for something as uncomplicated as cleaning gutters.

Tom the owner has a lot to say about how good his service is and what expensive chemicals he uses. But that's about it. Job wasn't even done in a fraction of what said His crew forgot to clean the whole first floor. This job being an emergency post construction cleanup, where I was moving the very next day left me with no choice but clean the whole 3 story house all by myself. I have never seen anything like that. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Hope this help anyone who's looking for such service.

We gave him a price for $500 for 8 hours 2 men they said that that's not needed so they cut the time down so we cut the bill down from 8 hours to to 6 hours they needed 8 hours the husband love it so much he payed cash and give the guys $25,00 tip plus lunch she want the ower area done there was only enough time to give a quick sweep go's to show she cuts coners now she's running around cleaning to clean a the lower haft house after construction takes all day they had a 3 story house with a attic for the $150.... read more
The two workers needed to BORROW MY tools to take the caps off my gutters, then broke the bolt securing the first cap because he used a screw driver, then for the second cap asked if I had a ratchet wrench set which he used to properly remove the second cap. The ladder fell to the ground while being taken down--fortunately it did not hit the house or break a window. Nice guys...but did not give a very professional impression. We did run 1 hour late that why we pick up the phone let him know whys going on we take our time on every job when we got to him we took our time he was happy with the job but I ask him if he had guards he saided NO lucky we had a rusticate set in the trunk and when we tried the bolt crack the bolts were old 20 years old and the ladder didn't fall down the metal ladders noise when closing it he thought it fell we just closed it up and layed it on the grass he said there nice guys my guys are the best they go to an... read more

the roof was so bad she is right it was like a gulf cource after cleaning the roof and the gutters there was flowers growning out of gutters and bee-hives under the gutters it was so dirty it took us 2 hours to clean up the ground she was fine some times when people having work done it bothers them to see a mess and it was the dirtiest roof job I every done it took all day long but it was done right
Were to arrive at 10, called to say "would be here at 1", showed up at 2. Tom left, these 2 people needed supervision. Disorganized, one person was outside sitting on my steps most of the time. Did not work in efficient mode so they could not remember what they did. Tom returned at 7:30 PM one hour after they finished. He went over most and redid some. A few screens were not replaced.

yea we had a new guy and she had the old 3 track windows so when I pick the guys up I check over all the windows and I made sure the where done perfect I spent 1 hour touching up she was so happy she hired me to clean her vents
Good job hard worker
Although the mechanics were very professional, I was very disappointed with the equipment they used.. I have asthma and having more dust in the air caused me to wear a mask for while, as they worked. The overall job appears to be okay at best, I am not convinced the entire system was cleaned because of the equipment and hose being used.

The only dust was from his shelfs and belongings we had to move stuff out of way to get to the vents all vent where done and the machine was a $10,000 roto brush system
The responders were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters and downspouts.
