They contacted me immediately. And someone came out the same day in the freezing cold weather to chisel ice out of the gutter that was frozen and creating water damage in the house. The person who did the work (Steve) was great - knowledgeable, personable, and undaunted by standing up on a ladder that was balanced on slippery ice and snow. We are very appreciative.

There is no category in Home Advisor with regards to ice dams on a roof. We had an ice dam form, I needed help getting the snow and ice off my roof and out of my gutters, in advance of a warm up, and some indoor flooding that was already occurring. Steve came out a bit later than promised but stayed for four hours and cleared the section of roof and gutters where the problem originated. The price ($500) is a bit steep but is way cheaper than what it would have cost to repair indoor water damage. I would hire these guys again... read more
other than a minor scheduling problem, the service was excellent, and the professional who came to do the work was wonderful.
It was satisfactory.
I hired this company to clean my house including walls for 8 hours worth of work with two cleaners. After 41/2 hours they were getting ready to leave without having even touched any of the walls. One cleaner was a good worker the other acted like she did not want to be there. It was the worse work I ever hired, I felt that I threw good money down a rat hole. I will never hire them again.
