came on time but did not complete job and had to return (20% of gutters were not cleaned at all).

No they where cleaned perfect when we cleaned them after we clean them there was 2 storms that blow leaves back in to gutters we showed him the photos of the gutters after we cleaned them he was just up set that the last 2 storms fulled them back up again we offer to give him another cleaning at cost he was just up set thank God we take before & after photos.
They were on time and very neat. This company was phenomenal. I would recommend them!!
They were efficient in terms of communication and did the job quickly . However, I have since found out that their pricing is a bit on the high side compared to the competition. Other than that I wsa very pleased.
He came late to the job. He didn't listen about what chemicals to use. They did work hard but was a little careless.

We did run late that's why we called them to let them know whats going on we take our time on every job were not happy till you are so people are tender when your doing work on there house the noise from power washer water spraying around they where not used to it the custumer but they where very happy with the job

When we spoke to you said "any house any size including gutters (which we didn't need) deck and windows for $499." When you got here you said it was bigger than anticipated and charged our convent double due to it's size even though we discussed it at length before you came out. I wish I had gotten more bids.

Yes it is any size home when we got there it was her home all rite and a home for 54 nuns city block long so we charge her a flat rate $1,000.00 she said ok just do my fence and shed to and I will be happy she told me I under stand I had 1 price for $2,200 last year contractors wanted over $3,000 if she would have said that it was a convent a city long
They called me immediately after I made a request, and then they called when they were running a little late. They were courteous and respectful. I even asked what other work they did because I would hire them again.
App. Was for 3pm, but they called and said they would be late.
