he was just up set after we cleaned his dryer vent and re hooked it up it wouldn't start he said your not knowledgeable he's right we don't know about dryer repair just dryer vent cleaning so his problem was bigger then he thought I wish I could have help him more but that's not my trade

prompt efficient
Did not look professional at all. Looked like 2 men went to Home Depot and rented machine. Came "rollin" up in a Buick with a 6 foot latter strapped to the roof. I expected when the "brushing" of the ducts was completed that they would vacuum all the ducts. I can still see plenty of dirt on the ducts.

Our vent machine is a $10,000 machine brand new and to keep prices down we use cars vs trucks trucks burn twice as much gas what she sees old metal rusted to the vent most people if it bothers them spray paint them silver to make look cleaner if you can see in them but the bottom line is they where done right !!!
They do a thorough job and friendly service.

Thought they would be more professional. Did a mediocre job. Will need to clean still after having them come. Basically came with some windex and a bucket..
