The 2 gentlemen arrived about a half hour late due to heavier than normal rush hour traffic (not their fault). They were courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, left our place clean of lint and did an excellent job of cleaning abut 40' of dryer vent piping. They went in through the outside vent all the way to the dryer, then cleaned from the dryer out to the outside vent using a 50' vacuum hose with a powered rotating brush on the end. Explained repair process...was quick to respond... seemed to "go the extra mile" for me and I appreciate that type of service
They did a horrible job. When they left I had to re-Clean my house

Needed my ceilings removed ASAP - he had another client reschedule & was able to do it within 2 days of our walkthru! The team got right to it - there was some miscommunication of the extent of work & tools required - because I was nearby they were able to do the additional removal &I had plenty of pry bars and face masks to provide. yea !!! the dirt was cleaned out but his vents where old and where very rusty but we clean them out
the worker was very honest- as he almost fell and in so doing broke my window well cover. He admitted it openly, I spoke with his manager by phone and my rate was reduced to an agreed upon cost, but I do now need to perform further repairs.
