very professional. Just fixed back of dryer vent line and did not clean the main line stated it didnt need it
Prompt service - called ahead to confirm arrival. Were able to come out 2 hours earlier than expected which worked even better for me. The work was handled very well. I now have a clean dryer vent from top to bottom. Would have preferred to have received a more official looking receipt especially since I had to submit it to my association as proof.
He called back right away, emailed me- very efficient and great service.
Very quick on the initial response - called within seconds of submitting the online request. Very fast and flexible in scheduling the service appointment - were available next morning although we postponed a day to better suit our schedule. The young man who performed the work showed up on time and was polite and professional and did a fine job. The price was reasonable and a fixed rate, agreed at time of setting the appointment. Overall very satisfied and will reuse them.
I had bsmt sewage The cost to clean $1000. Work took 2 hrs. IMMED after Mr. Tom Bell DEMANDED payment. I hadn't inspected work OR received invoice. Tom Bell txt: "Need payment or the contractor will open sewer and put waste back." The man was obscene, loud and rude. DO NOT use Affordable. Lack professionalism, obscene demands by Mr. Tom Bell, threats his worker would damage my property, reopen sewer and dump waste into the bsmt!!

this custumer was a tricky one he hired us out of no were agreed to pay when job completed we work for 6 hours in waste water when it came time to pay he played games with money the contractor waited 4 hours calling him busy signal we sent him a email saying if you don't take care of bussness we will simple put the waste back in basement then played games with who has to pay what partner for hours after he knew the job was done and time to get payed and after catching him horrable as my spelling work done right it smell... read more
They came earlier than the appointed time, I was not there at the time, they were to clean the dryer vent and cleaned the wrong vent. it took them almost two weeks to come back and correct it and they did not thoroughly clean the vent.

This custumer only had time after 5 pm didn't know how traffic was we showed up 1 hour early so we just waited it truck SHE told us what vent to clean then she seen she made wrong choise so we when back out there at no extra charge to do the correct vent cant belive after going back out at no charge and it was her mistake she should have given us a better review oh well
Prompt service - called ahead to confirm arrival. Explained clean out process and provided receipt and flyer. Rep described gutter blockage and removed tree debris.
