Very fast response. Adequate cleaning. Midrange cost.
The contractors were 2 hours late, and seemed overwhelmed by the size of the job. Their superior apparently didn't give them info regarding the size of the house. They gave an inaccurate assessment of how much time the job would take and were consequently rushed. They left with the dryer vent unattached and dryer not replaced to original spot. While they worked hard, they left the job incomplete and very rushed and frustrated.

We were fine with the job the custumer had to go some where and rushed us thru the whole job we dont like working under pressure but we did go back to do dryer vent
Tom said I would not be disappointed with Steve, and he was right. Steve was so thorough cleaning out my dryer vent. Found the problem by going up on my roof. What a relief! He cleaned his area and then some. I will use this company again, absolutely!

Workers showed up hours after time given. They did not have the proper equipment to get the job done. When they came back another night to finish the job they still didn't have the right equipment and we ended up paying for a service where we had to watch over the workers to make sure they worked and then we completed the job with them. We didn't get any kind of deal or refund.
After the vents where cleaned. The vents where replaced and caulked.And vacuum were needed. Had vents "cleaned" last year by another company. It was obvious most of the vent covers had never been removed. Our exterior steps were replaced. The debris from cutting through stone was in the house and the vent work. I knew it was still in the vents. The curtains stayed dirty and the floors gritty. I can know walk in my bare feet, again. Thanks
