No show first appointment. Second appointment left debris and leaves on the roof next to the gutter. I was told over the phone they would sweep the roof and wash out the gutters. They did the bear minimum. Nails from the gutters are now all over the driveway.

we did sweep the roof leafs are still falling off trees at the time his gutters where a mess 1st time in ten years the gutters where cleaned nails where sticking out all over the house we ask him if he wanted us to knock in the nails thru out house its only $50.00 extra he said there fine just clean them they be like that for years
I needed a picture window washed. A $25 dollar job, but the vendor charged be a minimum $50 service call WITHOUT providing me with a coupon toward a future service. I won't use them again because they were not creative in providing me with a fair price or value.

she wanted a service company to come out i gave it to her at cost $20.00 gas and each guy recived $15,00 it took aprox 2 1/2 hours 35 min to get there 15 mins to do window 35 mins to the next job let a lone trafftic
Did everything they said they would, did it correctly and included washing off roof. Prices were very reasonable. -Ginny
When they finally got here after cancelling due to over scheduling the team of two guys were very nice they seemed to know what they were doing. They said they completed the task contracted and were in and in out in less than an hour. Our house is older and the heat ducts are in the baseboard and not the typical in floor vents but I still found it odd that as they had to start from the heater out instead of the ducts down that they did not cover the ducts and the house was covered in a lot of black dust for the next several ... read more

the first time we had them scheduled the high way they lived off of under conctruction traffic was back up for 3 hours they where having problems with there heater i was burning rich thats why they where getting black dust had nothing to due with cleaning of vents it was a unit problem i gave them a number to a guy who repairs units the last i heard they where fine
