After a long wait due to COVID, I received the cover last week and just today opened it and put it on the spa. Amazing! It is an absolute perfect fit! Thank you so much! Great quality.

DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!! First off they have an 'F' with BBA! Now I know why.... they take a half a year to get you a cover and they will not refund your money without penalty. Shop anywhere else but here!

Oct 7th, 2020 an order was placed. Reached out again Nov 18th because I received no order tracking. Was told it was delayed between Jan 6-20th. Still no product or update from company. Phone lines are pretty much unanswered. Emailed again on Jan 21. They didn't respond till today, after I called the "Sales" line multiple times. After I emailed the cancelled notice they responded to that email from thursday projecting a completion date to "first week of March." I paid $439. Ordered a spa cover in November, was charged for it the next day. Tried to check the progress a month later and the website had no record of my order number. I was unable to login with my email address or order number. I submitted a question using their online form and got no answer. A week later I submitted my question again and the answer was that my cover will not be ready until April or May. That's 6 months. Absolutely awful...was told I would have my cover in 4-6 weeks 2.5 months later I finally got someone to answer me and they informed me it would be another almost 3 months. I asked for a refund and I was refunded $150 less than my payment because I didn't cancel in 24 hours! COMPLETE ROBBERY!! DO NOT waste your time with this company.

They don't answer their phone, you can't get an update, they just leave you hanging for 16 weeks.

Not using them again. The first cover I bought from them took months to arrive and was a couple of inches too big on each side but otherwise fine and lasted about six years. For some reason I ordered a second. This time it took 3 1/2 months. It fits well and looks fine but was damaged slightly in transit and their policy is to reject it and send it back or file a claim with the shipping company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. They cannot guarantee production or delivery time once they take your money. When the item finally comes, it looks great, but does not hold up for long. I have had my spa cover since 1/2020 and the center is already sagging. Forget contacting them, as they do not respond. Somebody needs to SHUT THEM DOWN. They are scamming their customers and feel they can get away with it. Anyone up for a Class Action Suit against them. Let's close them down.

I agree with test c. I should have done more research. My story is the same. The website indicates 6 to 8 weeks turnaround time and when I called they advised 16+ weeks and of course were not interested in offering a full refund. I am now going to take every action I can to make them regret their poor decision. My advice is don't even consider doing business with these people.
