I see now that I should have read the reviews. If I could give this a 0 I would. I made an order on 10/22 when the conformation came back with a 4 to 5 month ETA I cancelled the order and they charged me $150.00. That is flat out robbery. I know they had not processed anything yet because the were still sending me requestS to upgrade! DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL BE SORRY

Ordered a spa cover 09/16/2020. After waiting 6 weeks, they finally answered an email and told me to wait another 4 months. I requested cancelation, and they told me to argue case with credit card company. So, I filed a complaint with BBB, the Florida Attorney General's Office, The NJ Attorney General's Office, the FTC, and have begun to put my experience with these guys on every site known to mankind! I WILLL MAKE THEM RUE THE DAY THEY tried to screw me.

I ordered a hot tub cover from Affordable Spa Covers on August 20th. The website claimed to fulfill the order in 6-8 weeks. I called around September 20th and was told that they had cut the vinyl for the cover, and to check back in another 4 weeks for more updated information. I called again today 10-20-20 and was told that they haven't started manufacturing the cover, the vinyl has not been cut and that I should check back in December. Ordered a cover at the end of July. Jeff, the salesperson, said it would be 10-12 weeks. Have not heard anything since I placed the order so I called the office in the middle of October, and the customer service manager, Nancy, said it might ship at the end of November. I guess it is really 18 weeks or most likely more. I asked to speak with Jeff. When he realized I was not a new customer, he hung up on me. Poor tracking, communication, and customer service. I regret ordering from them.

Ordered a cover on 06/18/2020. Still no tracking for delivery on 10/3/2020. 107 days. Many emails and many excuses. Was supposed to be in production in August. They say they have completed it, but no tracking. I'm told I can't get a full refund because of their $150 cancellation fee. I'm probably going to have to start a fraud investigation with my bank.

Terrible company. Ordered on July 5. Promised 6-8 weeks (which they said was longer than normal because of covid). I had not heard from them, so I emailed them on September 4 which was over 8 weeks. They told me I wouldn't receive the cover until the end of October! I wrote back saying this was not acceptable, still haven't heard back. I would highly recommend getting your cover from another company.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEEN WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTHS, TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AFTER THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT, THEY SAID THERE WILL BE A $150.00 CANCEL FEE. SAD WAY TO MAKE MONEY !!

I ordered a spa cover from these people on June 14th, online. Called the after 2 days as I never received a confirmation of the order though the $350 hit my credit card. Was told it should arrive early September. Now August 4th, I call and they tell me they are still processing orders from MAY!!! Really?? Are they being made it a Johnny's GARAGE or something. WARNING!!! It's too bad that I can't give them "0" stars. I placed an order and made payment. I did not receive a confirmation or response of any kind. Five days later I had to call them to confirm the order and time of delivery. I was told that the payment was received and they would ship in 8 weeks. Five weeks later I received a message that it would ship in 11 - 12 weeks. Of course, that was unacceptable, so I called to cancel.
