Same BS as everyone else. Avoid this company at all costs. They are lying thieves. Probably using our money to pay for their own amenities?? Here is my response from the famous Joanna! Would never buy anything from co. Ordered new cover, said it was 4-6 months out. I was fine with that, I order cover March 2021 and it is March 2022 and still no cover. Every email that I received they still waiting on foam, now they say end of May. Would not recommend co to anyone, Stay away from this place.

Garbage company. Ordered spa cover in August. Finally delivered in February, with a torn cover. THE PACKAGING WAS NOT TORN, SO THE COVER WAS DAMAGED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. What do they say? "Since you accepted the package, our deal is now done and we have no responsibility." Garbage company. Avoid like the plague.

This is a scam. They take your money and tell you the cover will take 12 months. When you cancell they charge you $200.

Please if you get anything from this review, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam of a company, and once you pay YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT! How they are still able to operate a business online without being shut down is beyond me. Just like everyone else has said, I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Placed our order May 2021 and still waiting. Received an email stating that it should be here February 2022. WTF?!?!

I ordered my cover in September, they took my full payment via credit card, I recently asked for an update and have not received a response. After Googling reviews on “Affordable Spa Covers” of Clearwater Florida I find they have 370 scam complaints through the Better Business Bureau. The company owner Alejandro Flores-Ramirez has owned other companies (spa covers and drywall) with the same reviews and similar complaints in Florida. He is obviously running scams to make a living. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a hot tub cover from this company. I had the exact same experience. The take payment in full up front, I call after 8 weeks to inquire about a shipping date, they tell me it won't be shipping for another 3 months. I cancel the order and they refund my purchase minus $150 service charge. This is either a scam or just an extremely poorly run business. Zero Stars.

I ordered a spa cover on 11/4/20 and never received it. I was told to expect a delivery between 8-10 weeks. When the 10 week mark came I contacted Affordable Spa Covers and I was given the Covid 19 excuse, however nothing on their website or communication that followed explained that. I was then told it would be an additional 3 weeks, and then 2 more weeks. Finally, I had an email after 5 months from the purchase date the cover was out for delivery.
