COVER IS SAGGING AND MATERIAL IS NOT HOLDING UP ITS ONLY BEEN 14 MONTHS Do not buy from this company. Purchase to cover from these people November 2018, it has been in service for 14 months one side of the cover is beginning to sag and water is pooling in the center. The vinyl is not marine-grade vinyl it is substandard for this application standing in mildewing that can't be removed. Unlike some of the other individuals who have written "Negative" reviews/comments about their dealings/product from Affordable Spa Covers, my comments are completely positive! Very good fit to the cover; measurements were 'right on' as I had sent them, overall workmanship of the cover is very good and I am pleased with the cover. Now, I will admit that it took 'a while' to get it, but I believe that the fact that I ordered it at Thanksgiving and this was followed by the Christmas/New Years Holidays probably contributed to t... read more

Same story as everyone else here RUN!!!! I just lost $435. They are not giving you an email confirmation for your order. No order number, no email address to contact them and they do not answer their phones!

Do not buy from this company. I have had hot tubs for over thirty years and built a couple of them myself. I Purchased a cover from these people November 2018, it has been in service for 14 months one side of the cover is beginning to sag and water is pooling in the center. We ordered a cover in mid Oct. Have not received it as of Jan. 10, 2020. They continued to put us off more, 2 to 3 weeks every time I contacted them. After checking complaints on line discovered that is a pattern for them. Been going on for years. They only have testimonials on their site. NO REVIEWS. Site said it would be delivered with 4 to 6 weeks. Then cancelled the order and charged us a 150.00 cancellation fee. This is a awful business to deal with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered on 10/15/19, order status went into production on11/14/19. It is now 1/7/20 and still nothing. After several calls (placed on hold for long periods of time), the shipping date continually gets moved. Website says 4-6 weeks door to door. These guys are a complete scam. Requested refund - probably never going to see that!

Avoid afforrdablespacovers.com – Poor Quality/Horrible Service I have used spas for 30 years and ordered many covers over that time. In my opinion, this is the worst $389.00 cover I have ever had. In my opinion, It is poor quality and cheaply made. I would avoid this company at all cost. I will never do business with them again. Be prepared to wait for 3 months while your order is being made. You have to pay in advance and cannot cancel.
