Like other reviews I wish I could give lower than one star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My order was over 3 months late from the promised delivery and had to call repeatedly but just kept receiving excuses and delays!! When I did receive the cover it was damaged and they provided no support or refund. The only thing they act on promptly is billing my credit card!!!

We were very satisfied with our new spa cover until we saw the buckles had been put on the wrong sides & no fault of our own as the order we placed was correct. We notified them & they reimbursed us only $45. We thought that was a pretty pathetic compensation for their mistake, especially seeing they had no problem charging us an extra $75 to expedite the order because of the extraordinarily long delivery time that was quoted & our old cover had literally fell apart when we started up our outdoor spa in Minnesota. I wish I could give lower than a one star. I can only echo the previous post, Please, Please, Please DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. I placed my order on Sept 15, being told a 6-8 week delivery. 6 weeks later, after no news I called and was told they are now shipping 14wks after order. At 14 weeks I call and get another excuse. Now I call every week and every week hear an excuse of why it is delayed additional weeks. Right now this company has a lead time of 20 weeks. Had that been visible upfront on their website, I would never have purchased a spa top from them. Which I'm sure is why it's HIDDEN. If you click through the links at the bottom of the site, it says lead time is an average of 8-10 weeks. When I called, I was told the lead time is right now 20 weeks! This company is one of the worst business I have dealt with. They promise a reasonable delivery time when you place an order which is then pushed out by many months. When cancelling, they keep $150 which is probably what they would make in profit if they made the cover. Stay away!

Ordered September 5th, 2020. Was told 4 to 6 weeks. paid same day. they took the money. Come November, i email them. they get back to me, say production December 22nd. Okay, pissed off. but okay at least i am getting a cover. Fuc%ing here we are FEBRUARY 12th, 2021, delivered today. Box was beat up but i inspected it. Nice color cover, No holes, not beat up...... fits.... Ordered cover in Oct, called a couple weeks later since it didn't arrive. They said it will be shipped in february unless I wanted to pay an expediting fee. It's now February and I just called and they said it was going to be mid March. WORST company I have ever dealth with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!
