0 STARS, in the process of a dispute! I advise EVERYONE to contact their bank and put in a claim to receive a FULL refund. My bank is currently investigating this. But, must be placed 60 days or less. Also, I submitt-ed claims to FTC under Fraud as their deceptive and misleading website stating a time frame of 8-10 weeks only to find out it will be 5 months or MORE! I ordered on 2/1 and was told my cover would arrive mid April. I emailed in April and was told due to CV-19, it was now mid June but I could send them $70 to expedite. My email 3 days ago said mid to late July. WTH? I think I was scammed.

O stars. They suck and should be shut down. They have a $150 cancelation fee after 24 hours. Their delivery time is 20 weeks.

If I could give a zero rating I would! This company sucks. They are scammers!!! Their website says your spa cover will be delivered 8 -10 weeks after you order. I call to check the status and now they say 18 weeks. That's insane. I could get it sooner if I pay extra and I can't cancel unless I pay $150 fee. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well. Warning... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I usually check reviews and didn't do it before placing an order here. Website states 10 weeks, delivery is now expected at 24 weeks, and my rep said they can't figure out how to let people know about delays--how about phone? Email? Updating your site so you're not lying by omission? Like everybody else, canceling would incur a $150 charge. Garbage.

**WARNING** This is a shady/scam company! Went online on a Saturday and placed an order for a spa cover. Called on Monday to get a timeline, was told it would be 20-24 weeks! I clarified that it would be 4-5 MONTHS. I asked to cancel my order and was told I would get a confirmation cancellation email. By Weds, I still hadn't received an email, they asked me to send them an email to cancel. WHAT A SCAM! STAY CLEAR OF THIS "COMPANY". CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WILL SOON FOLLOW! They make their money by scamming people out of their hard earned money. First the lure you in with a nice website and low price. Then you place the order and think things are going to go well. Then they never complete your order in a timely manner. They may even call you up or sent you and email saying just pay a little more ~ $70 and they will speed up delivery. 12+ weeks to take delivery! COMPLETE SCAM! READ THE REVIEWS! If you order a cover and cancel after 24 hours they charge you $150. This is actually illegal and I am not sure why they have not been sued! Legally they cannot charge you for services that were not rendered AND the $150 has to be for JUSTIFIED cost of services rendered! The likely ONLY reason that they have NOT been sued is because most people will not bother going after the $150 and the company knows this! Total scammers!
