DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! I Placed order on Thursday December 12-2019. I didn’t receive any shipping estimates or any order updates so I requested an update via their website on December 13th. No response so I sent an email on Tuesday December 17th. Do Not Order From This Company! I ordered a spa cover September 23, 2019 at which they took payment in full. I called them several times to confirm my measurements were good and to get a delivery date. They would not give a delivery date and they said no news was good news on the measurements. I called them again December 10th and they said the spa cover would be delivered next week. Do not order from this company. two months ago I ordered a custom spa cover and I keep getting the same response that production is delayed. Their website says 4 to 6 weeks so I gave them a benefit of the doubt now two weeks later, they will not give me an estimate for delivery yet they charged my credit card immediately , not even when production began almost 2 months later. I’m filing a complaint

Nightmare ...... RUN away from these people. They are a scam. It took me three months to get a flawed cover. It was no even what I order. I wasted $400. These people are criminals

This company guarantees “ fast and free “ shipping. I ordered my cover on 4 June and several weeks later it had nit arrived. Customer Service finally told me it won’t be finished until sometime in August. This was a complete fraud and false advertising. I told them I was contacting the Attorney General in Florida to lodge an investigation under the Deceptive Deceptive Trade Practices, the Consumer Protection Agency in Florida and the Better Business Bureau. Ordered my cover March 23rd 2019, it took 6 weeks to get an email telling me it was put into production. Several phone calls not answered and left voicemails, sent emails asking when it was going to be done. No response. After 10 weeks I finally got thru on phone and he couldn't tell me anything on my order, said someone would call me later that day. I called after 6 hours 10 times before someone answered, him again. Hot Tub cover delivered with damage and company response is almost non-existent Ordered a replacement spa cover around 1/28/19 (this is when my bank posted the payment) on order #64261. Spa cover was delivered on 2/25/19. I signed for the delivery before the box would be removed from the UPS truck. There was some damage to the box when it came off.
