Have credit card immediately refund your money. Any other efforts will be worthless. Just a lot of time and heartache!
Do Not order from this company - total scam. Still have my $ for a cover ordered a year and a half ago. Monthly promises of a refund are bogus. SCAM - do not order from them.
Don't do any business with this company. If you do, don't go past the date with your bank to file a dispute. This company will delay your order so you can't get your money back.
It is a scam, they just stole my money
FRAUDULENT. CRIMINAL. I BOUGHT A COVER FOR MY HOT TUB BACK IN JULY 2022. THEY CHARGED ME RIGHT AWAY SAYING THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 17 WEEKS. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER THAT AND I AM BEING IGNORED. I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, LEFT MESSAGES AND MORE! I CAN'T EVEN GET ANYONE TO GET ON THE PHONE. I CAN'T GET A SIMPLE UPDATE. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND WENT SILENT!! NEXT STOP BBB.
DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!! 7 months to shipping and NOT FREE SHIPPING!! I wish I had thought to look at the reviews before I ordered the cover. The website says “Typically our turnaround time is 8 to 10 weeks, currently covers are taking approximately 12 to 16 weeks” they offer expedited production for an additional fee. I decided I could live with 2-4 months. I ordered the cover in early March of 2022. At 4 months I called them and they said it would take another 2 months. Same BS as everyone - $400 later and 18months and still no cover and can not even get anyone to answer the phone. Order 123441 promised deliver in 2021 and Sept 2022 and no cover and no response . WTF
SCAM COMPANY - RUN AWAY - Call your credit card company and file a dispute ASAP. THey will take away their CC authority with too many complaints.
