Great service and staff. Had me in and out in less than 90 minutes
Went here because my insurance said it's a 100 copay instead of 600 at hospital. Long wait to start, due to my muscles being tensed up and in pain, they gave me a narcotic pain killer, when I said what about a muscle relaxer, she said that works too. I choose that, however instead of prescribing the most common one that is about 3 bucks for the prescription they prescribed an off brand that obviously they are in their pockets, cost me 50 bucks for the prescription that didn't even do any good. On our first day in Key West my sister had a fall off the sidewalk. Head, foot and finger injured. We brought her here to Advanced Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in until they helped her back in the car the staff and Dr. Mark were absolutely amazing. Even went as far as giving me pizza because my blood sugar was low!! Sam wrapped up my sister's foot and finger and we got the all clear on the head injury. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and compassion to these Louisiana sisters!!! Much love, Amy Rossi
Despite the fact that they wouldn't take my insurance, service was friendly and quick. I got right in, had my X-rays done, and my foot temporarily casted in a decent amount of time.
On a recent trip to Key West, our granddaughter cut her forehead and needed treatment . We opted for Advanced Urgent Care instead of an ER. The care she received was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend your facility.
