Definitely disappointed with service. Went in for X-rays of arm. Dr saw me but when he went to do X-rays he found out machine was not working so he told me to go to hospital since he couldn’t finish examining me. I went to hospital and found out shoulder was broke. When I got home the next day from vacation I wrote a letter requesting my $60 copay back since they couldn’t treat me. 6 weeks later they called me to say they couldn’t refund because the doctor saw me. Very happy with the care we received here today at the Key Largo Office!! Went in for my husband's knee to be checked out, and were seen very quickly! The office staff we very friendly and we will be going here again for a follow up, and should the need arise for care in the future! Office was very clean and well kept! We had such an amazing experience at AUC! Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Boros saved my husbands life! They are absolutely amazing. The entire staff was friendly and we saved a ton of money. My husband had a CT Scan, x-rays, blood work, echo, and more done all in the same office! Super fast service. I honestly can not say enough about how blessed we are to have AUC in Key Largo!
