RecommendedVisited this location to be treated for an infection to a finger from a recent surgery. All the staff was fantastic, from the front desk receptionist, to the nurses and finally the attending medical staff. I was treated with respect and professionalism. They provided proper care for my injury and even had me come back the next day to check on my progress. Kudos to everyone!!!
My 10 year old developed an ear ache while in the keys on vacation. We walked into Urgent Care and was greeted by the front desk secretary who was very pleasant. After completing the new patient paperwork, we were seen within 10 mins. The nurse who took us back to the room was also kind. We saw a PA named David Anthou. He dx my child with Swimmers Ear but since the ear canal was closed up he recommended a wick be placed in his ear. He was such an awesome guy and made my child feel comfortable the entire visit. I’ve never been in Key West before. I felt sick and they were recommended to me. They were kind and efficient
Staff is helpful, knowledgeable. Doctors' "bedside" manner is exceptional. On more than a couple of occasions, they have saved the life of my self, family members and friends! EVERYONE I have come in contact with who has had experience with them agrees!
Adding insult to injury – Charged me $175.00 for a physician/pa (?) to tell me they couldn’t do anything for an arm injury. Only conversation was about HIS rotator cuff injury and broken neck.I wanted to do a cash pay because it was $145.00 but the receptionist insisted that I submit my insurance and make co-pay prior to my exam. Now they are billing me another $50.00 balance due. FOR WHAT? I literally received nothing, not even an exam of my arm!!! This is what’s wrong with our health care!
