This place is a huge sham. Wildly overpriced. They have never helped to cure or alleviate any illness I’ve gone there for. Recently they charged me $300 for less than 2 minutes of face time with a doctor who then offered me zero medical advice and just told me to “return if anything gets worse.” $300!!

I cannot recommend advanced urgent care highly enough. As a resident of Key West since 1988, the level of care, attention and professionalism you get at advanced urgent care is unparalleled!!! I came in deydrated and they took care of me. Before they even opened a lady came out sat me in the shade AND PUT A FAN ON ME! They're always great.

Back in October my husband went to Advanced Urgent care and they told him he had to pay $212. I had told him before he went that we had met our deductible and he should only have to pay a small amount. I just logged in online to view the claim and he should have paid $42 not the $212 they charged him. That was 4 months ago and no refund has ever come our way. Cigna are trying to call their billing department and it's going to voicemail and the voicemail is full.

I visit the office 9/4 around lunch time. I was seen quickly diagnosed and given prescriptions. the staff is all friendly and professional. very glad I went in. it is pneumonia. if I had postponed it may have meant a stay at LKMC. I dont come to KW to be sick. I'm on the mend and I'm so grateful...
