I was in and out in less than an hour. They were professional, caring, and efficient. They saved what was left of my vacation. I highly recommend going here if you are sick while on vacation in Key West!
Twice in one week fasting tests scheduled, both times canceled. Once because of lab results and 2nd because the machine wasn't working. In both cases it was early AM and in both it was known the day before. BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME. I AM LIVID. I would have given it a 1 except most of the people are nice and knowledgeable.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes and I was grateful for that . I would highly recommend
On our second day of vacation in Key West, my husband was experiencing severe abdominal discomfort which wasn't getting better. We were very reluctant to go to an unknown urgent care facility, but opting for this over an ER, we decided to go. We were greeted warmly by Cheryl who checked us in, followed by a CAT scan, blood work and pain relief meds that made him much more comfortable right away. As always the best Urgent care center on the island........ I have here 3xs and even feeling sick it was a pleasure and great experience. Nothing but positive things about the whole staff!!!! Keep up the great work.
We had a great doctor here who took good care of our sick 7 month old, they were very loving and patient with her.
