From the time I called ME Flow to the time the technician arrived, everything went well. They called 30 minutes before the tech was scheduled to arrive and he arrived on time. Work was done quickly and the problem was solved. I've used M.E.Flow before and will again.

Very pleased with the company and the technician who performed the work on my furnace. I needed a part replacement and Jason fully explained the options, cost and life expectancy of the parts. He quickly installed the replacement and tested to make sure everything was working properly. I have been using M.E.Flow for years, and they are always on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for HVAC and plumbing needs.

I have used ME Flow for my HVAC and plumbing needs for years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The business goes out of its way to help me keep my home in working order, scheduling inspections and making repairs as quickly as possible. Customer service makes it all easy, and schedules appointments in a timely fashion (they are friendly too, and go out of their way to help when you have a problem). I've been very impressed by them, and plan to keep my contracts with them active!
Horrible treatment to a loyal elderly customer after spending over $40,000 with this company for electrical, plumbing & hvac repairs & got hung up on by the service manager after requesting his supervisor or the owner of his company he hung up on me I am very disappointed
