Very disappointed in the business towards customer. I didn't get an itemized bill just a flat rate . Had to hire another contractor to fix the advanced airs work. So it cost me double to do this Job and the serviceman wanted another 500+ to "finish" the work he started. I feel I was overcharged and not have a completed results. I think I should be entitled to some refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience. It is our company policy to bill based on a flat rate which is based off of the scope of work as opposed to an hourly rate. Based on the technician being on-site for two hours as well as travel time; the billing of $250 was reasonable. The technician was also able to provide a temporary fix for the water running outside the home as well as schedule a time to return to provide a permanent fix. This is my first time working with M. E. Flow but I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and the friendliness of the service technician that came to my house. He was very informative and went out of his way to explain the issue with my water heater and the options available to me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future services.

Our technician was very pleasant and willing to answer our questions.
We’ve used ME Flow for years and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service dept. is very efficient.
We found a water leak in the basement. There was a puddle on the floor but no apparent dripping. The scheduler arranged a plumber for the same day. The scheduler and the plumber were both very polite, efficient, and informative. The plumber checked all water-using equipment in the house looking for drips but the source of the leak was not found.

M.E.Flow has provided us with excellent service over many years. We recently had issues with our tankless hot water heater, and after several efforts to revive it, we decided it needed to be replaced. The replacement went seamlessly and very efficient and we were back with hot water in about 2 hours. Chris P**** was easy to work with and extremely professional in dealing with us. Highly recommend them!

This is our first time using M.E.
