I’ve been with M.E. Flow since I moved here about five years ago. Their people are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous! I feel better once they have been here twice a year to check on my systems, and let me know where I stand. I don’t worry about my heat giving out in the winter or my air conditioning giving out in the summer unexpectedly. M.E. Flow provides a great sense of relief and comfort!

Quick response to my plumbing emergency. Quickly identified problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Even delivered needed part not in repairman’s truck. Very professional from scheduling to the repair work!

Requested dispatch to diagnose why new hot water heater pilot kept going out. Appointment was confirmed, received confirmation once tech was on his way day of the appointment, tech arrived and indicated he could not touch/work on the heater because it was not installed by them??? Why not just let me know that upfront so I did not waste time? Called and spoke to manager who stated they did not want to be responsible if anything else stopped working down the line.

We appreciate your calls for help, but this is a sticky situation one that could have consequences. We feel the plumbing manager, Mac, gave you the best advice and that is to call the county for the inspection on the permit. This is the 2nd time Mr. Truong N***** has came to my residence for my semi annual preventive maintenance. Excellent customer service and knowledgable ( even with my not so clear questions about HVAC) with information and recommendations, Mr. N*****'s advice is well heeded and when I do replace my unit, definitely ME Flow will be called. Thank you Mr. N***** and now I am ready for the forth coming hazy, hot and humid days of summer while taking in the AC in my house LOL.

Previous owners of my house had an air conditioner installed onto the existing 28 year old duct work. I bought the house 5 years later. They previously had rodent problems and had insulation blown in 2 times to hide the problem and I didn't know it. I discovered I had rats and the insulation and duct work was disturbed by the trapping company. My whole house inside and out smelled musty and of rats! Great local company that delivers quality service with a smile consistently. They seem to price their services and products fairly hi – obviously, they need to make money but at the same time with them, I feel like I’m getting a good deal. The maintenance service plan is worth the money.
