Service process was clear and simple. The plumber was well-informed and pleasant. He had a replacement garbage disposal with him, so everything was done in a single visit.
Very prompt and courteous service. Called for a non emergency service call late afternoon on a Tuesday with a promise to show between 8-12 the next morning. Received a call the next day requesting if they can show up at 8 am. Great service for a fair market price.
The positives: This company responded very quickly and the phone personnel and technician were thorough, polite informative, respectful and very responsive. The negatives: My complaint is due to the extraordinarily, extraordinarily high cost of $725 to diagnose our air conditioning cooling issue, and replace the AC Capacitor and a Boost kit which fixed the issue. Arrived next day as promised. Quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired same. Then did a quick check to be sure all was well. Best is they didn't even try and sell me something I don't need. Will use them again when needed.

Install on new hot water heater went smoothly. Only issue I have is I had several preferred customer appreciation gift cards that I was told by management could be used but were not honored day of install. Hopefully that gets worked out as I’ve been using them exclusively for years for new HVAC installs and yearly maintenance. Hopefully just an internal miscommunication.

Very quick response and resolution to my AC problems in the midst of August heat! Back up and running in less than 24 hours from time of call. Clean, courteous, and professional tech. This is how service should be.
