Reliable, good procedures, good communicators; polite and knowledgeable techs, easy to make an appointment with, or change it (human C/S reps!). Heads up call from the tech when on the way is helpful. I’ve had annual service contracts for electric cooling and boiler heating systems for many years. Never been disappointed.

About 4 wks ago I was getting quotes for an AC or find out what was wrong with it.(no ac for 2.5 wks) I had made an appointment with this company for a salesman in the am to quote me a price, After myself calling the office asking why he was over 45 min. late, I was told he was in a unscheduled meeting. Salesman called me soon after said he was On His Way. Now my address is 20 min. away. He shows up same time as the Tech I scheduled for afternoon. Needed to replace our old, leaking water heater. They were able to send someone out within a couple days who gave us an estimate very quickly and schedule an install within a few days. Very happy with the office staff I spoke with as well as the plumber who gave us the estimate and did the installation. He walked me through the new setup and how to do the maintenance. Final price was reasonable and exactly as agreed. Highly recommend!

On Dec/2012, Purchased a new American Standard, split level, A.C,. Unit, from Fast A, C, Clearwater, FL Had 10 Years, Parts Warranty.Every Year, Purchased a- 1 year Labor Warranty-. On 8/2021, had a Compresser Problem -Loss of Freon-. I ahose, to do Nothing -Nada-. Just Avoid, the Problem, for Them ,Easy To Do. Remember A -Warranty, is only Word's, Not Written, in Stone-.
