M.E. Flow replaced our old , aged toilet with a good model. It is water efficient ( it uses only 11/2 gallons per flush) and thus promotes savings in water usage! They did an excellent job, were easy to make an appointment with, were punctual, professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with plumbing, heating, A/C etc .. Good Job!!

During my fall service, to check both heating zones, Matt discovered the heat pump was not working. He identified and corrected the problem in a very short period of time. It was a failed thermostat!! He replaced and verified the unit was functioning correctly!! Great job Matt!! We are ready for the cold winter weather now!!

You keep on directing me to this business Southern HVAC when I would like to complain about The Plumbing and Air Service in Kernersville NC. It's impossible to write a review about THE PLUMBING AND AIR SERVICE ON MACY STATION RD IN KERNERSVILLE NC 27284, when you keep directing me to Southern HVAC in Fla. Travis was excellent! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He immediately inspected the plumbing in our kitchen and found the problem behind our leak—the dishwasher—and advised us to call an appliance repair place since ME flow doesn’t work w appliances. He cut the water to the dishwasher to temporarily resolve our leak issue. He then proceeded to check all of our other plumbing and provided us an honest assessment. Thank you, Travis and M.E. Flow!
