We have been customers of Precision since February of 2020. We are on their yearly maintenance plan. Precision has worked on our A/C eleven times in less than two years. As of now, it is not working properly. It has not worked properly for more than a few months since they began working on it. It is not old and was as reliable as any A/C prior to Precision. technician John was clearly an expert and I appreciated his explanation of the problem and his recommendation.
This company workers lied to myself about there being present holes & tears with exposed insulation in our ducts. Once we found out it was untrue we immediately got refuded for duct replacement we had paid.. I resolved other issues with manager on site but the lying was never addressed. I'd like to warn others of this issue.
I have used M.E. Flow several times and they have always been prompt, thorough, fair, reasonably priced, and very easy to do business with. I have recommended them to my neighbors, and as much as I dislike repairs, I'm happy to call M.E. Flow to do the job. I trust them.

M.E. Flow technician - Edwin is extremely efficient and honest. I also found him very personable. He did charge but for cleaning burners that really needed cleaning since we were gone for 4 years, although ME Flow did our bi-annual maintenance while we rented our house out.
