I separately bought a hybrid heat pump water heater on sale because ME Flow’s comparable cost much more. It could have been picked it up the next day if M E Flow could do it and charge me, but they said they could not for liability reasons. That was unfortunate because it took six more days to get it delivered. Allen and Ryan installed and were very thorough and professional. Pointed out damage to shipping box, but contents were OK. Very nice finished installation.

Plumbers (Allen and assistant) came to fix a clogged sink in the master bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the sink and cabinetry spotless! Price was reasonable, too! Office staff were friendly and efficient, as well. I called on a Saturday and they had the team there Monday afternoon (and called ahead to let me know the guys were 15 minutes out).

They communicated amazingly. The tech was knowledgeable and gave us choices of options for maintenance - and he didn’t leave till he was done. There was no lunch break nor the need to come back, Highly professional.
My air conditioner's sewer was clogged on Aug. 29. I called M.E.Flow Inc. to send a plumber to fix it, but they sent a technician who fix the AC problem. The technician came to my house and told me that he could do nothing after he checked the problem, He charged me $117.95, then gone. They send the wrong technician to my house but charged me $117.95, it didn't make any sense. I left feedback on Facebook. they replied me immediately and promised that I will get a full refund. Please let us know if you need to book the service with a plumber. In fact, I misunderstood the manager. He was going to credit the call and send a plumber out and not charge you and he spoke to you on the phone about that.
Friendly customer service, honest about cost of work, trucks carry so much equipment that they were able to fix many plumbing issues in one visit! Thank you to Steve B- he was fantastic and explained everything so well!

We had a same day emergent repair required. The company reacted very quickly and were interested in meeting our needs. Our plumber, Nii, was an outstanding representative and technician. He worked to solve our personal needs and corrected our problem. We would highly recommend both M.E. Flow and Nii!

I have had a service contract with ME Flow for years for my house in Arlington. They always come same day if I have a problem. In 2020 I renovated my house and also built an addition. I used ME Flow to do all the HVAC work. I highly recommend them.
