Aaron and Ritouli showed up within the timeframe scheduled. They were professional, courteous and answered my questions. After several weeks being without AC the part needed finally came in and they worked professionally getting it up and running. I now have a working compressor and air handler. I might add that the unit is only two years old and was surprised of having problems so early with fairly new equipment. I have been with ME Flow for many many years. A top notch company.

ME Flow installed a tankless water heater… sadly they failed to decide on wiring options ahead and had to come back a second day with the right parts to complete the job. They also SI mittens out warranty registration without our knowledge and we are unable to properly warranty the unit with the manufacturer due to this error. Unit works well, it would recommend a different installer.

When our plumber called the manufacturer for questions about the unit, they required him to provide the serial number for your tankless. We believe that they inadvertently created the warranty file when they put the serial number into the system. We hope that you were able to provide and update your information with their customer support.
Efficient and clearly explained the problem with the AC in my condo. Told me how old the unit was 41 years!! It needs to be completely replaced. The tech explained the problem very clearly and I am confident they will handle the replacement well

They were able to come out the next day to fix my air conditioner. I thought I might need a whole new unit but they were able to fix it, saved me a lot money.
