have used them for 32 years and always feel they are honest and do good work. they seem to hire “good” people who want to please customers and are conscientous. probably not the cheapest but very reliable.

We were told tech would arrive by noon. He didn’t get here until almost 1:30. Dustin was fast, thorough and very professional and was able to save me a few dollars by combining the service call with a yearly maintenance contract. Had it not been one if the hotest days of the year, I would likely have tried replacing the compressor capacitor ($25 part) myself before calling for help and save the $300 service call, but it was just too hot to wait yet another day for the parts to arrive.

Unfortunately, it's hard for us to judge when the technician will complete the calls ahead of yours on days like that. Depending on the repairs needed, some AC service calls can be pretty involved.
