The service was provided during the recent installation of my American Standard heating and air conditioning unit on 7 July 2022 The work was truly outstanding … from the initial visit and explanation by Mr. Pete L******, to scheduling the installation itself, though clean-up after installation, through explanation of the new system, and finally convenient billing. The service technician arrived exactly when promised. He and his assistant respected home and property in removing the old, and installing the new, water heater. Excellent plumbing skills - neat, efficient installation of this gas hot water heater "to code". Friendly and courteous. Our technician does a thorough assessment and cleaning. He takes his time explaining the options to us as he proceeds (if there are issues) and then then explains after he has finished everything up. He knows our system and does a great job on maintenance plus has diagnosed and fixed big issues with our HVAC unit. I had a new HVAC system installed today by M.E. Flow and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish! John initially came out two days prior and gave me an estimate after assessing what was needed. This morning Sam Henkel, the installer along with his assistant, Tyler, arrived and began work as a team. They were respectful and courteous and explained what they were doing step by step. I would highly recommend M.E.Flow!

We just had a new furnace and A/C unit installed and it was top notch service from start to finish. Pete L****** initially had come out to provide an estimate several months ago and his knowledge and responsiveness to our follow up questions were above our expectations and greatly appreciated. When our current system stopped working late in the afternoon on a Friday, we contacted Pete to see when we could move forward with a new system and he was on it right away, and somehow got us scheduled for a new installation on Monday... read more
